Our Team

The owner and founder of Beacon Engineering, Sam Ajwah, has over 22 years of progressive and responsible engineering experience. Sam graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree, and in 2011 with a Master of Executive Business Administration degree with honors. Sam is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

For many years, Sam worked for several system integrators as a Project, Systems and Controls Engineer, where he gained experience working on a host of automated assembly and test equipment projects.

Between 2007 and 2012, Sam worked in the solar industry where he gained experience in managing large-scale construction projects in addition to leading sizable project teams. In that position and prior to becoming a project manager, Sam also had the opportunity to work on designing and commissioning solar panels manufacturing equipment.

Prior to establishing Beacon Engineering, Sam was an engineering department manager for an engineering services provider. In that position, he worked on a variety of manufacturing projects while leading a large group of engineers. He also assumed business development responsibilities and worked on establishing new and growing existing accounts. Sam is the principal designer and the lead program manager for all programs and projects at Beacon Engineering.
